A crucial human rights NGO–influencer–Hollywood nexus operates largely out of public view - seeding, amplifying and echoing core "narratives" and "messaging". In this Nov 12, 2023 organization-wide discussion, staff describe briefing “top tier celebrities,” reaching out to the “Hadid sisters,” and advising entertainment companies on how to communicate about the Israel-Hamas crisis and which organizations to support. This reveals how public messaging can be shaped inside a **closed ecosystem**—where NGOs, influencers, and media/entertainment networks reinforce one another’s narratives—while the origins of what audiences later see as “organic” advocacy remain opaque from the outside. CAA (Creative Artists Agency) is one of the biggest Hollywood talent and sports agencies (represents actors, directors, athletes, etc.). Endeavor is a major global entertainment/talent conglomerate (formerly WME-IMG), representing celebrities and owning/operating major media and sports properties.

The “Hadid sisters” refers to Bella and Gigi Hadid, American-Palestinian influencers known for outspoken pro-Gaza/pro-Palestine advocacy. Bella Hadid has posted slogans such as “It’s free Palestine until Palestine is free!” and participated in an Adidas campaign tied to imagery from the 1972 Munich Olympics, where 11 Israeli athletes were murdered by the Palestinian Black September terror group.
